The bathroom has a white suite. Bath with shower over, wash basin and toilet. Electric chrome towel radiator.
The lounge Diner has a three piece suite and dining table. TV with radio and DVD player.
To the rear of the lounge is a concealed pull down double wallbed and wardrobe. The bed pulls down at night ready made up and springs up again in the morning into the wardrobe. This allows use of the lounge as a second bedroom at night with independent access to the bathroom. Panoramic sea view over Torbay.
The kitchen has an oak fitted range of units with full size cooker and fridge. Microwave oven. All cutlery and utensils for cooking.
Stainless steel pans. Tea towels provided. Sea views over the Bay.

The layout and facilities are similar to apartment 1.
The bedroom has a kingsize bed with the option of being made up as 2 singles.
The entrance to the apartment is immediately inside the building and is accessed up a few steps from the carpark. Parking can be arranged to be adjacent to the steps facilitating easy access .

The sofa converts to a metal framed sofa bed that facilitates using the lounge as an extra bedroom at night both having independent access to the bathroom.

We can provide a high chair and cot if required.
The cot is provided with a mattress and cover but no bedding.
There is an ironing board and iron available in the lower hall and a hair dryer available.
Bath towels can be provided on request.
Central heating is provided during cooler weather.
