Booking Conditions

Only the persons listed on the application form shall use the accommodation. Additional persons may only be accommodated by arrangement with the proprietor and provided the capacity of the apartment is not exceeded.  The person making the booking must be 18 years old or over. Bookings are only accepted from single sex persons if over 25 years old.

A Deposit of 25% (one quarter) is to be sent with your Booking Application.if by post or booking can be made securely via the internernet on our site, A reservation is not complete until you have received confirmation. The balance is payable four weeks before date of arrival. Deposts are non refundable.

Cancellation must be advised at the earliest opportunity 

Apartments are available from 4.00 p.m. to 7 p.m. on the day of arrival. In the event of a later, or other day arrival, special arrangements must be made with the proprietors regarding time. Unless advice of late arrival is received an apartment will not be held longer than 10.00 a.m. on the day following the notified day of arrival.  Condition No. 3 then applies for liability of hirers.
Keys will be placed in the key safe currently and you will be advised of the code.
In high season terms are  weekly from Saturday 16.00 hrs to Saturday 09.00 hrs.

The proprietors can accept no liability for any personal injury, loss or damage, including to vehicles, which might be sustained by occupants, on the premises.

Occupants undertake to keep the premises, furniture, utensils etc. in as clean and tidy condition as at the commencement of the Booking and so to leave them on departure. Occupants are required to make good or to pay before departure, for all furniture, fixtures, fittings, utensils etc. as are broken, lost, damage or destroyed during their occupation.

Guests are  asked to  not make any unreasonable noise within their Apartment at any time and in particular from any radio, television or musical appliance.
