From the M5 at Exeter take the A380 dual carriageway to Newton Abbot and Torbay.
At the end of the dual carriageway take the second exit left on the large roundabout. Follow this road through to Torquay.
Follow the signs to the sea front. When reaching the sea front turn right and follow the road towards Paignton. The first turning on your left directly next to the Livermead Cliff Hotel is Cliff Road.
