| Terms & Conditions |
1 The accommodation shall be used only by the persons listed on the application form. Additional persons may only be accommodated by arrangement with the proprietor and provided the capacity of the apartment is not exceeded. The person making the booking must be 18 years of age or older. Bookings are only accepted from single sex persons if over 25 years old.
2 A deposit of 25% (one quarter) is to be sent with your booking application. A reservation is not complete until you have received written confirmation. The balance is payable four weeks before date of arrival. Deposit is not refundable.
3 Cancellation must be advised in writing and by recorded delivery. The hirer will be held responsible for the full amount of the booking unless the accommodation is re-let and the same terms obtained. We strongly advise you insure against cancellation and an insurance proposal form will be sent with each confirmation.
4 No pets may be brought into the apartments unless by special arrangement.
5 Apartments are available from 2pm top 6pm on the day of arrival. In the event of a later, or other day arrival, special arrangements must be made with the proprietors regarding time. Unless advice of late arrival is received an apartment will not be held longer than 1Oam on the day following the notified day of arrival. Condition no.3 then applies for liability off hirers.
6 In high season terms are all weekly from Saturday 14.00hrs to Saturday 09.30hrs.
7 The proprietors' can-accept no liability for any personal injury, loss or damage, including fittings, utensils etc. As are broken, lost damage or destroyed during they're occupation.
8 Occupants undertake to keep the premises, furniture, utensils etc, in as clean and tidy condition as the commencement of the Booking and so to leave them on departure. Occupants are required to make good or to pay before departure, for all furniture, fixtures, fittings, utensils, etc. As are broken, lost damage or destroyed during they’re occupation.
9 In the interest of others, tenants must ensure that there is no unreasonable noise within their apartment at any time and in particular from any radio, television or musical appliances.
